anyone know where i can get the rubber looking stuff that slides over the a/c lines? how much do i need and where on the lines.if you have pics that would help alot thanks

See my signature for the line from the evaporator to the compressor. That peice is about 6" long and sits right above the alternator bracket. There is another piece on the line from the compressor to the condensor where it passes under the core support. This peice is 10 to 12" long.
They are foam rubber, much like the stuff you put on you pipes going from the furnace to a radiator(if you have forced hot water heat). Might be able to find something at a plumbing supply company. |
