does anyone know how important the cross brace under the car on a convertable is. i heard of some people removing it and im only thinking of doing this so i can order a pre bent exhaust system and that brace is a problem. any suggestions on covt. exhaust systems would be appr.

The bottom line is don't!! Shim it maybe but don't remove it... Use the search feature (upper right) You will find plenty on the topic...

You can do a search on here for Convertible X or Cross braces and the Cocktail Shakers to see input on how these effect your cars ride and handling.
