Question

Here's a shot of my pinchweld molding and the center "clip" on the trim.

Is this center clip correct for my car?

Next question, where can I get a replacement? Mine is mangled.

Thanks

I've posted this topic in multiple places and I can't get an answer!

Can someone who owns a droptop 67 or 68 take 30 seconds to look at their pinchweld and respond to my question?????

I don't think it is supposed to have a clip. My molding is original and the two pieces of molding slide together. There is no clip. John

I checked out my 68 and there is no clip. The two pieces of molding sit one on top of the other.

No clip on my 68. I have the upper door ledge moldings,(Arm-burners) Not sure if the molding without the ledge molding has a clip or not.Your clip may be home-made.

No clip on my 67 either.

I wasn't happy with the quality of the re-pops, so I had mine repaired and polished.

Thanks to everybody. I have the wide reveal molding as well, but the sides don't slip into each other (?). Stumps me. Has to be homemade.
