I may have asked this before, but I couldn't find it in the archives.
Does anyone make an easy-to-install-kit to convert a manual top to a power top? And if so, has anyone done this and how hard was it?

Steve, It has been proven that the power top frame is very different than the manual frame. The difference is in the welded center hinge. This not something that is easily swapped. It is easier to swap the whole frame out.

Then you need:
2 rams
1 pump with grommets
plastic top lines
switch
electric harness
30a breaker

Have fun!

Hey Steve! Kevin is right that the frames are different, but once you get a power top frame the rest is very easy. Someone had ripped out everything for the power top prior to my owning my vert and I had to install it all. Great project and well worth the money. I just love flipping that switch and watching people drool.
