Is that the Year One 69 Camaro that looks like a Pace Car (NOV8TR)? If so that isn't really a roll bar as it's only a 2 point bar anchored to the rear of the door openings. In a rollover it will fold up and cut your head off, or the rear seat passenger's heads. Never ever install a 2 point bar in a convertible. 4 is the minimum, anything with more points is better.

Year One sells most of the parts to make that car, but the roll bar (light bar) is noticably absent. Must be a reason.

I think that bar is for strengthening the structural integrity of the convertible...like additional bracing, if you will. It was not intended for roll-over protection. Like Mark C states, its NOT a true "roll bar".

I phoned year one about the bar in the convert , all I got from them was that it was a Mustang piece modified to fit that car and that was it .

I saw that bar being installed in a Mustang convertible on Horse Power TV. They didn't even refer to it as a roll bar, it was called a light bar.

85-93 Mustang Convertible Light Bar

Pretty steep price at $430 for a hunk of foam covered 1 1/4" steel pipe, and an LED.

Heres another link:
