i am installing new rocker panel mouldings on my 69 convertible and need to know how the mouldings are installed. any help would be very appreciated

If the mounting bracket is still there, just hook the top of the moulding to the top part of the mounting brachet and snap it down on to the bottom edge of the mount. You'll see the mount's bottom lip is radiused (not sure if that's a word ) . Then fasten with sheet metal screws on either end.
If the mount is gone, I've used the reprodcution mounts with no problems.
