Hi all you Camaro/Classic Chevy friends,

I just received an email from Joe Whitaker of CCI/WCA which confirms the dates
for the Pacific Northwest Camaro Club's All Camaro Show on August 15-17, 2003.
This will be an all Camaro event co-sponsored by the Worldwide Camaro
Association and will include 1000 point judging or cruisers class displays for
your Camaros. For more info please contact the Show Chairman Don Berry of the
PNWCC at donbe@microsoft.com or call 360-805-9611.

Please help me spread the word to all the west coast Camaro clubs that they
are
invited to attend this unique show next summer! If you have any questions
please contact me at (bricel67@att.net) or Don Berry of the PNWCC.

We look forward to seeing you in 2003!

Sincerely yours,
Brian Birkeland, WCA California State Rep.

P.S. If you have email addresses for webmasters or newseditors of West Coast
Camaro clubs please forward them to me so I can invite them to Seattle! Thanks!

Just a bit more to entice you!!

quote:

Brian, thanks for you enthusiastic endorsement of our show! I'm looking
forward to putting on a world class show for everyone.

Here are some preliminary details on the event...

The theme for the 2003 All Camaro Show will be "Race Cars and Pace Cars"
to highlight the competitive side of our favorite Marque. We will have
several events that any Camaro can compete in, regardless of its
performance level. We will also have tours, tech sessions and some
really fun social events too.

I can't wait to meet everyone and if you have any questions or
suggestions, please don't hesitate to drop me a line.

See you on the streets!

The PNWCC always puts on a great show. This year there were 12 Supercars including 7 from Kevin's collection. Hopefully he will bring out a few of his Camaros for the event next year. August is the best time to visit the NW. We are looking forward to bringing our '69 Yenko to the show and seeing some of the guys from this site. Really hope Clill makes the trip (I can provide detailed directions if he needs them!!). Jim

This show has been great in the past and this will make it even better! We will be there and will bring at least 2 if not 3 of our Camaros. Let's make it the biggest West Coast Camaro Event ever!

Can it be moved to ummm. . let's say Kansas? This way, the trip will equally suck for both East and West coasters.

Just an idea from a jealous east coast guy.

Seattle is close enough for me. The SS would love to stretch it's legs a bit.
Will mark it in the 'to-do' in 03 list.

I could make it to that show. Seattle isn't too far.

I'll mark it on my calender. Biggest problem is the Canadian dollar doesn't go too far in the U.S. of A.

Lots of time to plan & scrounge

Oh, come on, Jeff. Strap some skis on the front wheels and some paddle tires on the rear, get a running start and I'll bet you could make it .

It would be cool to have a caravan start up in SoCal (Carl, Don and Kevin) and have it just keep picking up momentum all the way up the coast. The Pozzi's could join in, in Salinas in the 2nd gen and all the bay area and Sac folks then John and his daughter and Stevo and on up through OR and WA!! Kevin would have to provide event coverage, it would become the west coast version of power tour!!

Lets see ...www.mapquest.com <enter> minnesota <enter> Seattle <enter> request info. miles, hours <enter>
What the heck its a vacation to plan for right? Id love that trip, never been to Seattle, have friends in Snohomish and Pasco. Relatives in Denver too. Now if we can find motels with secure parking at the front door.
Wife says, YES unless some clown in our huge family gets married or dies then
We might just do this, sounds like a blast.

I like the idea. Too bad it's so far away for the east coast guys.
MAYBE my wife would let me drive the '73 if I help her get it put together!
