Very large classic car show open to all makes. I think I've seen it posted that it usually draws over 2,000 cars. I can tell you the wife and I walked in the 90 degree heat last year for about 3 hours and only saw 2/3 of the cars, it was too hot. The setting is along the river by the Bavarian Inn and is absolutely beautiful. Saturday usually has a cruise around 3 or 4, so I'd get there early to see the cars and watch them file out for the cruise, usually only about 1/3 participate in the cruise from what I've seen. If you walk over the wooden bridge into the downtown area, good luck it's crowded. Don't go to Zehnder's reaturant across the street around cruise time. The state police are out in force and will not let you cross the street while the cruise is going on. I've seen families divided for over an hour because of this. Stay by the Inn and enjoy the cars. The vendor section is pretty weak. But if you like classic cars, muscle, factory hi-perf and hot rods you'll like this show. It's one of my favorites in Michigan. I've never seen ZL1s or COPOs there, but it is a nice mix of the more common muscle.

Do a search for Frankenmuth Autofest on the web, there's more info there somewhere, can't remember the site off hand.
