I am getting engine code "P1441" and it means "Evaporative Emission System Flow During Non-Purge". Can anyone tell me what the problem might be?

Sounds like a problem with the EVAP system that purges the gas fumes from the tank into the charcoal cannister. It could be EVAP purge valve going bad or it could even be a blown fuse from the circuit. Easiest and cheapest thing to check first are the fuses. Check them all, my SMOG pump caused the fuse to blow on my old 93 and it's the same circuit as the EVAP so that's the code it gave me. Check those fuses first.
