On the 69 Z28, where is the fuel filter located?

In the carb float bowl under the large nut at the fuel inlet. If your car has not had the gas tank and lines replaced in the last 5 years or so, then change this filter at least twice a year. The best thing to do is to cut in a metal canister type in the fuel line. A good place to hide it is on the right rear frame rail above the rear wheel where the fuel line follows the frame.
