Thumbs up

I would like to start a discussion on the 1st gen cruise control. Possibly get some pics generated for everyone to see and satisfy some questions that even myself would have. I have a 67 RS/SS with factory cruise control, and wanted to ask if anyone has any pictures of their components and how they are installed. Only about 300 67 cars had cruise. I'm not sure of the 68 or 69 cars. I will gladly share my pictures with anyone. Anyone care to share their info to start?

Sorry I don’t have any info on the 67 cruise, just a picture out of a magazine from the 80’s of a 67 Camaro that when ordered by a lady, she checked all of the option boxes. It has cruise control as well. I’d like to eventually add a cruise control to my 67. I’m not especially concerned with the originality of the under hood parts but I’d like to find the chrome turn signal lever / button for 67.
It’s bound to have interchanged with something else, just as the electric trunk release is a bolt up interchange from the 66 or 67 Grand Prix. Oh yeah, did that floor plate get to you yet?

Not yet Ron. I'm patiently waiting for it. Thanks alot for the plate though. You should have your check today? You got your mail yet? Oh I forgot you're at work still. Hopefully others will chime in to help in the discussion on cruise control otherwise called Cruise Master, hence my nic.

This is the only picture I could come up with that shows the under hood cruise control components. It’s on a 67
