i just purchased a 67 rs camaro, was told the numbers match but, that wasnt a deciding factor in purchasing the car. now that i get to looking at the engine i cant find the engine stamps anywhere. its suppose to be a 327(not sure of the horse power) but i am not very mechanically in clined and was wondering how i could locate them. thanks in advance.

Look just above the pass. side upper water pump bolt on the little deck pad for what you are looking for..
