Default engine decode please

Here is what is believed to be a 327 out of a 65 Corvette
GM 3782870
F060IHC

69 Camaro,327,tunnel ram,2 600 holleys,4 speed,3.73 (money pit)
95 Chevy 2500,slightly tweaked tbi 350/4l60e (soon to be daily driver)
92 Buick Regal, daily driver (plans involve a smallblock and rwd)

Not out of a Corvette; "HC" with an "F" prefix was a '65-'66 327 4-barrel automatic in an Impala/Caprice.

Since it is a 65-66 does that mean it is a small journal block?
