the reference in the middle of that thread is a popular discussion point on this site. I used these rough plans, as did a few other folks. they are pretty simple if you have a chop saw and a welder. I cut a few corners on the plans so mine is not infinitely adjustable, but it should work....just gotta get some spare time to go out and mount it up....
