69 camaro rear tire clearance with minitubs

I want to install wider rear wheel tubs, frame connectors, and relocated rear frame rails on a 69 so i can run an honest 12" wide street tire with leaf springs and cal-tracs .....any recommendations on whose kit to use and what additional issues like narrowing the rear seat and gas tank am i going to run into???? the floor and trunk are in bad shape so i'm not too concerned about modifying a mint original as this one is in tough shape....thanks for your help....mike

You pretty much addressed the issues. If you can do the mini tub job, the seat mod will be cake. You will not have to relocate you rear frame rails for a mini tub and just a 12" tire. We run 13" to 13 1/2" tires in mini tubs. You will notch you factory rails a bit. The DSE kit is pricey for a set of tubs, but is beginner friendly including fantastic instructions.
