Just got back from 2 weeks in Branson Missouri. Went to Dick Clarks American Bandstand theatre that just opened the week before I arrived. What a cool place. Saw Paul Revere and the Raiders, Gary Lewis, and, what fun, the original Comets from Bill Haley and the Comets band. Very funny, very good, what a trip to see 80 year old men still on stage rockin to that good old original sound made by bill Haley. Went downstairs and walked through the Patch Collection of 1957 automobiles. Awesome, is the only word to describe them. They have some very rare, one of a kind type cars and trucks down there. If you're an old gearhead, you will really enjoy it. Branson is wonderful as always, but just got better with Dick Clarks new theatre opening. Highly recommended.

Wow, that's pretty cool to hear. I was there last week, but only for a few days of trout fishing. We passed by it, but we didn't have time to check it out.
