I have Dynamax Bullets on my car now coming off of Supercomp Headers (2.5") with 3" pipes coming out the back to look stock. (The only 2 aftermarket parts on my car)

At idle, they sound great. At cruising speed they sound great. At medium to hard acceleration they sound like a Harley Fat Boy. Too loud.

Any suggestions as to what mufflers would sound better all around? I used to have Flowmasters and they were a bit quiet for my taste, although I don't remember which series they were.

I used the Flowmaster Kit 17104 with the transverse flowmaster, Kool but sorta loud on a long cruise. I put the 2.5 bullet flowtru glass pack in line before the muffler , under the seat. I can hear the radio now.
