Why No X Code On This Camaro Trim Tag?
Can Anyone Tell Me If This Is A Real Trim Tag. It Has No X Code On Bottom Right.

"X" coded tags appeared 12B and later build dates.

Early tag. X codes didnt appear on NOR trim tags until around the 2nd week of December.

Depending on the VIN it could also be a Oct 69 tag. I have seen several non X code tags after the X code start date. Most of them convertibles. No real reason.
