do i need special paint to do my fiberglass parts(spoiler and hood)or can i just use the same process as the rest of the car?

We did a friends fiberglass front end and a few other pieces, he had the paint store mix in a Flex additive to keep it from crackin...

no you do not need anything special, some flex additive is good like nhra said, but to be effective you should use it from the primers up, put some in each step of paint, some in the 2k primer/ then some in the sealer then in the base then in the clear or if you use single stage then just in the primer/sealer/arylic enamel.
bull dog makes a good adhesion promotor/flex agent that come ins quarts for cheap money like 15 bucks a quart and 1 quart would do a car you only need a little bit in each step, like a 5-10% into your primer or paint mix.
also on fiberglass be carefull when using a da sander as its easy to make craters,when trying to feather out a chip, if its chiped your better off sanding easy but enough to rough it up and apply a light coat or finishing glaze or some bondo then feather it out, goodluck
