Has anyone tried this Hurst repro shifter. I see that it is stated to "perform like the original". Does that mean that it is a crappie as the originals. It is well known that the original GM factoy equipped Hurst shifters were problematic and very often changed out for Hurst aftermarket shfiters.

from the not so clear picture it looks like it is a standard aftermarket Hurst shifter except has a reproduction round stick. The aftermarket Hurst shifter and rods are completely different then the original 69 Camaro Hurst assembly. It should work the same as the flat stick aftermarket Hurst shifter. Would be good for a driver but not for a judged show car.
