Default 1969 Camaro RS/SS 396/375HP aluminum heads Convertible

Wow, what a great new forum.
Can't wait to see the comments on this one.

It looks like there is a ton of money in this resto, but I can't believe there is no shot of the X22 trim tag.
Without the original engine and a mono leaf 12 bolt, how much higher can this car go?

The Z stripes don't belong on that car, especially with the blacked-out rear body panel.

Quote from auction,
"This car has had over $100k spent on the restoration"
On a non-original drive train car? I don't think so.

Why would you put a 350th instead of a 400th?

I was just thinking the same thing about the TH350. Love the pulleys on the motor, too. Still a nice looking car.

A jack in the box!

Nice ride very well done, I dont think I'd drive it too clean

BTW That is a TH400, TH350 is square pan.

The leafs look like newer style multi leafs, but the depth of the spring pad looks shallow like the mono leaf setup. It is a dark picture, so I could be wrong.

Look at the pictures close,it has a turbo 400 in it.It's a nice looking car except for the stripes. It's too bad eveyone over uses the stripes.
