My first memory is in a 1973 Green Camaro, leaving the home we lived in for the last time. I was 4. I remember crying when the car was driven away for the last time when my mom sold it (Mom bought a 1986). I got that Camaro in high school, and when I was away at college, my mom SOLD IT. (rule #1 of adulthood...never leave your pinkslip in your room if you go to college).
So....here I am...and I drive an Explorer (aka BOX) and I want a fun weekend car that won't break the bank. Well, I think I need a Camaro. I am doing some research, and I think I want a...1973. If anyone has any hints on where a guy from Northern CA can get a good 1973 ride that may be worth me doing some work on and investing in, let me know. Again, glad to be here. Camaro owners are great people, as I know. Of course, don't leave your pinkslip with them if they're your mom.

Thanks for the support. This seems like a great forum. I'll keep digging around for a ride. Until then, it's NoRideTodd.
