I am replacing the floor pans in my 69, and while I'm at it, I'm putting new sound damper and carpet in. The carpet I have now is not factory, but some cheapo reproduction crap. Anybody know who makes the best quality carpet out there? It is the loop style for 1st gen camaros. I saw carpet listed in Rick's, but I guess $89 seemed cheap for carpet. Any comments?

My friend installed JC Whitney carpet in his 1962 F*rd Galaxie, it looks like crap. I would probably try ACC. I have heard good things about them.

I got mine from Rick's. It is the ACC kit. It fits great, looks great. It's a little oversize so you can trim it to fit. Don't let the price fool you, it's a nice product.

I installed an ACC kit in my 67. Within like six months the tunnel area had faded from black to a browny black color. (And I'm in BC, it's raining half the time.)I know ACC supposed to be a good name, but Im going to try someone else next time.
