quick stories about Md front tags... My only moving violation was given to me by a Laurel police officer in the old Laurel mall for no front tag on my camaro.. I was 18 at the time. About 6 months ago, my 05 Monte Carlo is parked in a park and ride for my daily commute to work. I show up and 2 AA county police officers were chit chatting in the park and ride, as soon as I get in my car and start moving from the parking lot I get pulled over.. No front tag, he gives me a warning and says." we've been waiting for you to show up" Hmmm, that makes me feel real good about the taxes I pay. I know it's a law and would not have been so sour about it until he made that comment.

Millions and millions of illegals and crack houses and meth labs everywhere AND they target a missing front plate vehicle!

Years ago, I was cruising down the I-70 section in Penn. one time in the old AP Green Refractories Co's Gunning 6-wheeler truck and got stopped b/c I didn't have a plate on the rear! By a Trooper no less!

I jumped down and out and you shoulda seen the funny look on his face when I told him the plate was on the FRONT b/c Indiana required it to be ON THE FRONT!

He just turned around and got in his car and took off like a shot!!

Didn't so much as say boo to me for his inconveniencing me(Sp?).
