Default 71 Project, What's it worth?

I bought a 71 RS, SS (split bumper) a couple of years ago. The car currently has no motor or trans. The body has rust on the lower rear fenders. There is also a lot of rust on the rear quarters. There are rust holes in the front of the quarters near the rocker panel. The car came with new quarters, fender patch panels and a new cowel hood. The car has about half the interior parts in boxes.
I am unsure whether to take on the project or let someone else have it. The question is; if I choose to sell it how much is the car worth as is?
