Exclamation converting 1997 headlight to the newer look

Hey guys my name is tom and i was looking to by a 1998 or above camaro but i cant seem to find the right one. I was wondering if anyone new if thre is anyway you can convert the 1997 headlights to the newer stlye (1998-2002). im not really into the whole hidden ones there not bad but if anyone could help that would be great-Tom

Not worth it just for the headlights. You would need to swap the whole front clip of the car Im pretty sure. That means bumper, hood, fenders, and some other parts. Probally around a 2 grand upgrade just for lights.

Wait for the 98+ if thats what you want.

Good advice by bowtie. The whole front clip will need changed. It is a bolt on swap however you will have to find the front end.

I've seen covers that make the headlights flush with the hood and front bumper... honestly, I think it looks better than the new headlights. Also, I've heard people retrofitting low power fog lights into their headlight sockets with success. There are different styles, below is just an example. Take a look around, there are always other alternatives! I did my research because I was interested in purchasing a similar z28, but I also didn't like the headlights...
