Why name?
They camaro is just refered to as "The Chevy"
The Bradford as "The Van"
The run around (subaru) "The Runner" hardly ever used
The wifes car as (a jappa) "the wifes car"

They all get used daily..except "the Runner"

Give it time, a name will pop up when it's suited. Just pulling one out of the air doesn't seem to work.

My '04 F150 is called the FIS'O (FISO) because that's what the emblems look like from a distance.

My '77 Dodge pickup is known as the hodge podge Dodge and if you saw it you'd know why.

The Camaros are simply known as the "other women" in my life.

For those of you here who remember the 1983 movie you can always call it Christine which a friend of mine used to call his red 1970 Pontiac Lemans by that name. There were electrical issues with his car. When it got very very hot under the hood it would try to crank over very slowly. It sounded like a car with a dead battery trying to crank soft & slow. You could only hear it up close but I heard it. I could not believe this until I saw it with my own eyes & heard it with my own ears. My friend was standing next to the car. Palms up in the air. Keys out of the ignition in the off position. This car did not have remote start but had the door handles shaved with a button if I recall to pop the doors open. I't had a tilt front end. I'm telling you even he could not believe it. It was the wierdest thing I have ever seen on a car. From that point forward he named it Christine.
