ya a person kinda close to me is selling 2 camaros for 400$ just comment telling me if it is a good deal im probubly only going to buy the primerd one(its the only one that has a title) neither of them has a tranny or engine but im a fan of third gens and thought id ask seeing if it worth it! id also only use them for part for my car!

You need to do an inventory of what parts you will use on your car from these 2. Then price the parts new and used (ebay, online ads, the dealership, salvage yards and parts vendors like year one) to see if it's worth buying the car(s) for parts. Next find out if there is anything on the cars you can remove and sell. Then find out if you will have to pay or if you can make a couple dollars junking the car at the salvage yard. Oh, don't forget to figure in towing, once when you buy the car(s) and again when you junk the carcass(s)... Do all that and you should be able to figure out if it's worth it to you...

I think you might be better off to offer the guy $50 or so for all the parts you can remove in an afternoon...

there are tons of 3rd gens out there .......... get him to go lower do what you want to do . If I bought the car I would take both ... you never know when you might need an extra hatch , in case the un thinkable happens.. then your gonna be looking for something that you had but you did'nt take .. thats just an example .. parts ,parts , parts. extra is always good.
