Description:
The image of the book is not a poor scan, the cover really does look like that!
I have dragged this book off of the rack many times. It has been an excellent reference guide for assembling a small block. Even though I have done plenty of engines I still find myself pawing through it for those bits of information that you are never really sure of.
Highly recommended, especially if you are just rebuilding your first engine, it is not an intimidating book. Just plain helpful.

Pros:
Very Thorough and Detailed- Trusted Resource
Cons:
Along with some very interesting info about the manufacturing process of your beloved smallblock and components, this book is very detailed and provides step by step installation broken down kind of modularly and even has torque specs. Its well laid out and easy to read.
