Description: Tom Tom one is a GPS navigation device. I bought one on Friday afternoon as a gift for the wife and it was in use that night. Only thing I did was download the TomTom home on our computer and let it do an update. I read that it was wise to do so if you could before using it as it will down load any GPS fixes. We left went on a driving outing (about 550 miles) and this little guy got us to ever location with pin point accuracy. It has points of interest that include gas stations, scenic locations, ATM machines and restaurants.
We were able to key in the city we wanted then we found a place to eat and it took us to the door step of a casino. We then put in the Hotel it gave a few choices and we picked the one we wanted to stay at and it took to the door step. For the trip home we just picked places we wanted to go and went there like we knew where we were going!!
This is the best gadget device we have ever bought, it's great.
The only problem we had with it was the location of our house is off by two houses when it tells you you have reached your destination. All other places were right on the money.
This a must have if you like going places and don't like getting lost or just driving around looking for the places your going.
I would even recomend it for you own city, it will take you to nightlife places and point of intrest that you may not know about and get you back with no problems. I can see us playing with it on a Sat or Sun drive/cruise and just having fun.
