The letter below was received from the Foster family.
For each of you that contributed to this project, in even the most minor way, this letter is addressed to you.

On the behalf of Cpl.Foster and his family, we want to personally express our gratitude to everyone that contributed to the restoration of Jared’s 1968 Camaro. To all of the awesome members of the First Generation Camaro Club of Arizona, The Cactus GTO Club, the many individuals from around the United States and Canada, as well as those service men and women serving in Iraq who also supported this project.

We would like to give special thanks to Mr. John Bauler President of First Generation Camaro Club Of Arizona and Mr. Lance Baker, who without their willingness to get involved and take on the challenge of Jared’s Camaro project, he would not have the Camaro of his dreams, which he has today.

We realize this Camaro project was a huge undertaking and that it took determination we can’t even imagine. The willingness of the car club and the hundreds of hours behind the scenes doing the mechanics, the correspondences, the scanning of pictures, making of the car cover, purchasing the parts as well as the generous money donated. Had all this not been done, this would not have been a reality for Jared.

How can we express our gratitude to let you know how much each and everyone of you mean to our family? The generosity of all involved made a dream come true for Jared. This Camaro is a new beginning for Jared’s heart and soul. From today forward he now has a passion, which we know can only help to restore his body, mind and spirit for life. There isn’t any way possible, that our family could thank each and every one of you, for your time, money and generosity.

Most of all thank you for remembering our military men and women and showing them they are important and we appreciate them and how much we as Americans love our hero’s. They serve their country they are truly heroes. God Bless all of you for loving and caring.

To everyone that supported PROJECT IRAQI VETERAN.

Lance created a website in order to be able to show more photos. The link below will take you to the site.

I have two albums running at the same time and below each, you can select which album you wish to view. You can have two running simultaneously if you want. You can click on the pics to get a slightly larger view, or fast forward thru the pics by clicking on one of the arrows at the bottom.

My personal friend Mike Tribby is responsible for Album #1. So don't be dismayed if you see too much of me. Sorry. However, Mike is responsible for some incredible overhead shots from the mezzanine.
Paul Taylor of Vintage Iron Restorations is responsible for Album #2---and he is excellent at those unique shots.
Album #3 is a compilation of work from George Wing, Tony D'Angelo and Dennis McGee----and probably a few others I forgot.
