We have a 1980 camaro, We`re trying to fit 3in. exhaust under it by our self, It`s real hard to bend. I was wondering if we could use 3in. copper pipe & fitting with silver solder. Can it be done and will it last. Thanks for the help.

I wouldnt reccomend it , the solder would melt and the smell of burning copper tubing would make you puke. I dont think its meant for that kind of heat. better just get to an exhaust shop or use flex tubing.

Take it into a shop. I've been welding for years now and still can't get an exhaust setup as clean as the guys down at the shop I always go to.
