I just purchased replacement vertical quarter window chrome channels for my 68. How do you get the old ones off without breaking the window? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Take the glass out of the car, lay them in the HOT sun and pull them apart. Sometimes it helps to get them started by pushing a thin screwdriver between the chrome channels and the leading edge of the glass ( from the bottom)
Good luck, AL
