Question

ok here it is, going from small block to a big block why do you need to change frame mounts,

It offsets the engine to the pass side appx an 1/2 inch and forward about an inch, it is room you need for exaust to steering box clearence and firewall also. You can use the smallblock mounts, but you will have to grind or dimple the exaust for clearence.

The other problem i am having is wipermotor i had tall valve covers to clear my rockers now i cant clear wiper motorunless i run shorter valve covers i dont want to change my rockers am i stuck with one or the other just wondering

You also need a bb transmission crossmember, z-bar and a few other bits.

67s had a unique wiper motor with a round base. 68-69 used a motor with a rectangular base. The 68-69 mounting was rotated about 90 CCW for rocker cover clearance. Not much you can do for clearance on your '67 short of removing it.
