I have a '92 RS that's near to mint as could be...26600 miles. I am the second owner with having picked this beauty up just a couple of weeks ago. My question is, were there any recall notices issued for this model for any various problems that might occur? And, how can I find out about them? Were there any mechanical problems with this model that were common? It has the 305 with a 5-speed tran. Check her out!! You'll see that she's a beaut!!

Hey Rob, Your local Bowtie dealer should be able to tell about any outstanding recalls on your car. Have your VIN handy. (should be on your registration card along with the lower driverside of the windshield) I think they were pretty squared away in those years as long as you didn't beat too hard on the 5-speed. Thanks for all the info. The bowtie dealer along with the one site you listed, showed that the only problem with my year was the gastank neck.
My real concern was that I, being the second owner, if they would honor the repairs for the recall or was I going to pay.
