I'm doing away with my dummy light gauges in order to put the real gauges in the dash, anyone tell me what years of camaros will interchange with a 73. please e-mail me, THANKS. [email protected]

Not sure on interchange years, but all LT 73 camaros have guages. Shouldn't be too hard to find some.

I have changed out the idiot light guages out of a 71 and used a 78 Z/28 setup. They interchange up to 81. You do have to swap a few wires on the connector to get the fuel guage to work, the tach you can hook up easily. Just follow the traces on the back panel.

the switch you want to do can be done with "idiot" light harness ,you have to switch around some wires on the gauge connector(or scavage salvage yards for a harness,engine compartment harness,etc"work") ,there was a posting on (interior section) you might have to dig for it ,but it tells you what you need to do,hope this helps and good-luck...
