You are going to have to remove the RH fender to gain access to all the fasteners on the evaporator box. I don't think you can get the inner-fender out(67-9)without removing the fender, and even if you could, access to the evaporator would still be very difficult. Somebody told me that the firewall for A/C cars has different cutouts than non-A/C cars. Hopefully you won't have to cut and splice sheetmetal. Don't forget the vacuum canister that mounts inside the LH fender by the firewall plug. This will be a real challenge to mount since you can't even see it when it's installed.
