Question

I was just told that one of the deck lid springs is a little larger diameter, when used with the D80 rear spoiler. Anyone know about that? Which side is bigger? Does the trunk lid lift properly with the stock springs? If not, anyone know where you can get the correct one. I'm about to go for paint so if I'm going to change, it ought to be before paint.
Thanks

Yes the one that hooks on the right is larger. You won't find one easily but you don't need one. You can just preload your existing spring to the next position.
