I dont think you will need to remove the fenders and the hood. You will need to remove the cowl panel, windshield and post mldgs, dash cluster and pad. Un do all the switches, if the glove box is good, take it out. Once you do all that find the spot welds that attach the top panel to the firewall and drill out the spot welds. On the sides there might be some bead welds under some seam sealer, a cut off wheel will do the trick. Find the welds where the top is joined to the front of the dash and do the same thing. There should be a small tab connecting the dash top to the windshield post, just cut the weld not the tab.You should be able to remove the dash top by now, and the front is held on by several spot welds down on the sides, cut them(there a bit harder to get to)and you should be dashless.
