Can anyone tell me what would cause my car to
make a klunking noise & jerk back and fourth
. it is coming from the back of the car and seems to be mostly on the right side. it only happens on take off while turning.
it almost feels like wheel hop or the brake sticking . i should add that this happens at low acceleration. I have also noticed that my brakes start to sqeak and pull to the right after they get hot. thanks

If it happens when making a slight turn, you have a positraction rear end! Try some posi additive from GM.
An axle bearing or carrier bearing would make a growling noise.
More throttle will lock up the posi and you won't get the clunk.
You might want to try a different type of brake pad.

The older I get, the faster I was!
