On a 67 Camaro what inlet manifold is required to allow an R.S hood to clear the standard 750 holley & air filter ??. Thanks, Mike.

Thumbs up

Edelbrock performer or equiv. will allow clearence. The performer RPM or Torker or any high rise will hit the hood unless you run a low rider aftermkt. air cleaner.

I HAD A VICTOR JUNIOR WITH A 1 INCH SPACER AND WAS STILL ABLE TO RUN A AIR CLEANER. SUMMIT MAKES ONE THAT DROPS DOWN OVER THE SIDE OF THE CARB. TIGHT FIT THOUGH,

I AM SORRY, AFTER THINKING MORE I SHOULD SAY THAT WAS WITH A SMALL BLOCK. I PRESENTLY HAVE A BIG BLOCK AND A DUAL PLANE FACTORY MANIFOLD ONLY LEAVES 1 INCH PERIOD. A HI RISE MANIFOLD WOULD REQUIRE A HOOD MIDIFICATION.
