Cool

Take a boatload of pictures first, then take some more.

Start a plan on paper, think about where to start, (front bumper) and think where to stop (rear bumper). Take boatload of pictures while disassembling, put removed hardware into labeled Ziploc bags w/pictures of where it came from. Then take more pictures.

Make a list of parts to replace, a list for rebuilt, make them both a running list so as to keep changing as you disassemble.

And most of all, keep your significant other happy while doing this project, because it will definitely absorb your loose time and money(the money pit).

P.S. Start outside and work to the inside.

do you want to do a compete, take it apart and put it back together, restoration of do you want to do it bit by bit while still being able to drive it every so often?

If you're going to restore and drive at the same time, make it safe first.... Brakes, bushings, suspension.. If you start with the motor chances are you'll crash it.
