I am going to put a Big Block chevy in my 1968 Camaro within the next month. My question is: Are there any brake boosters that are smaller than the stock one. My car has power disc brakes on the front and I plan on running a tall valve cover, which I'm afraid will hit the stock booster.
Another question is: Can the oustide heater box that covers the heater core up be drilled for the two holes to allow the heater core to stick through and then I would just have to buy the heater core only for a big block?

Thanks for any help,

I have a 67 and I turned my heater core around and drilled to fit. works fine..I will eventually get a system from vintage air but i don't have $1095.00 right now to spare..

Also, check with Ground Up who sponsors this site and look at the "slanted" big block valve covers they sell. The valve cover on the drivers side has a slant at the back to allow it to clear the stock brake booster. My '67 BB required this and it fits fine.
