Question

I am having trouble removing the ignition switch from my '67. I have already loosened the threaded bezel to the point that it just spins. What is the procedure for using the pin hole next to the key slot? I'm sure that I am making this much tougher than it actually is.

If I remember right, put the key in and turn it left to the acc. position. Push a pin into the hole and turn more to the left and it pops out. It has been awhile so I might be wrong.

Cool

Go ahead and tighten the bezel back, then put in the key. Here is the trick, turn key to the left on accessories then put a paper clip end inside the hole until it stops, keep pressure on the clip and turn key all the way left. You might have to work at a few times.
Once it rotates then pull out with key.
