From what I know you just fill it up until it is level with the fill plug on the side of the transmission. I cant remember how many quarts it takes, but it is less than 2.

Thumbs up

Chris, kwissman is right, fill it to the plug. I just refilled my super t-10, it only took about 1 1/2 quarts, i belive it will be the same for you're m-22

I have an M22 also and buy 2 bottles from the GM dealer and you'll have a bit left over for next time. If trans is hot then fill to the bottom of the filler plug threads. If cold 1/4" below filler plug threads. Go for a drive and check level.
