Can somebody out there that has FACTORY power brakes on their 69 Camaro tell me whether or not thier brake pedal has a return spring on it? I was looking through the factory assembly manual last night, and noticed they don't show the return spring for the J50 power brake option. I am converting mine, and was wondering if I need the spring. Thanks in advance for all your help.

My 69 is original and does not have a
return spring on it.

I'm curious to know how easy this conversion is. I would like to do it on my 68. I had an article from a 1991 Camaro club magazine but I've lost it. The article made it look not too bad. Do you for sure have to replace the brake lines to the front brakes?

Thanks, Jonesy, that's what I thought, just wanted to know for sure. Take care.
