I need a replacement muffler for my 69 Z/28 with an all G.M. exhaust system (non chambered). All the major catalogs list the muffler, but I haven't been able to find any in stock. I have one backordered at Rick's Camaro. They don't know when it will be available ??
Does anyone know of any small companys making OEM style mufflers for my car. I tried all the companys in Hemmings with no luck. Everyone has complete systems only. Thanks mx

Try NAPA, Pep Boys, Auto Zone. The standard muffler was nothing special and had a number of applications.

I used a FlowMaster with two and quarter pipes. I am very, very happy with it.
