Question

On my 68 can I replace the convertible top with one that has the glass window without other parts or did the car have to originally come with that kind of top?
Actaully my top is not that bad but the window is terrible. Can I just replace the plastic window? I guess I can't replace the plastic with a glass window? How long do those plastic ones last before they turn yellow and you can't see through them?

I know you can get the kind with glass, but I think you need to replace the whole top to do it.
You might want to try Meguiar's plastic cleaner and polish. I use it on mine and it works great. I bought it from Classic Industries, but you might be able to find it in auto parts stores.

Thanks for the info. I've tried both MaGuier's products but it hasn't helped much.
