Just got out of junk yard a nice speedometer cluster. Can anyone tell me what to use to clean the

Go to the motorcycle shop and get some plastic window cleaner and polish if you need it.
Meguiars makes it, it's made for plastic windows and face shields.

When cleaning, don't make little circles with the cloth. This makes swirl marks if there is any dust. Try to push the cloth back and forth in a straight line.

Use a very soft cotton cloth and make absolutely shure it's clean.

Use the cleaner first, then polish it if there are scratches.

I got these tips from a company that makes aircraft and race car plexiglass windshields.
