Unhappy

I'm gettin there guys. Last night I got one side put together with the new actuator from D&R and it WORKS. Praise GOD. Now for the bad news. The other side has been repaired in the past and there are no holes for the large actuator bracket. I will drill them no problem. But since the nuts are tack welded onto the bracket and therefore have to be inserted through the fenderwell from the outer side, how do I get there? PLEASE don't tell me I have to remove the fender.

P.S. When I got the one working last night I had my whole family come out and see it. They were excited too, but then my wife says "Gee I thought they were going to roll around like that old Corvette you used to have"!

No slack
